Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Services – No Physical Returns

Since our services are digital (audio files, video files, studio time), we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer revision and refund policies as outlined below.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your recording. If you are unhappy with the final product, we offer one round of free revisions within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe (unless delay is caused by you).
  • The final quality is significantly below professional standards due to our error.
  • Technical issues on our side prevented successful recording.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind after recording session is completed.
  • Dissatisfaction with creative direction (we offer revisions instead).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled session.
  • Deposits for confirmed bookings (these are non-refundable but transferable).

5. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@benifitsrecording.com within 14 days of project completion with your order number and reason for refund. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only part of the service was unsatisfactory. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our policy, we may dispute it and suspend your account.
